Donald O’Neill, Principal | Managing Partner

As a Principal and Managing Partner at Polar Design Build, Donald is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s construction projects from design inception to completion. He oversees pre-construction activities including, but not limited to contracting, scheduling, and estimating. He maintains direct and consistent communication with owners and tenants. He also subcontracts with vendors and enforces OSHA regulations on-site. Donald ensures that each construction project is delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
