Jeffrey O’Neill, Principal | Managing Partner

As a Principal and Managing Partner at Polar Design Build, Jeffrey is responsible for the firm’s financial and business development activities. He creates and maintains budgets, and performs financial forecasts. In addition, he oversees the firm’s controller activities. Jeffrey conducts searches for new opportunities that have potential to add value to the organization. He also maintains communication through the real estate broker network in the region to facilitate the development of new projects, and works with owners and tenants to understand their construction needs in order to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
