Polar Design Build, Inc. announced that it has been selected to complete an 83,109 SF tenant expansion for Callico Distributors, Inc. located at 90 Prince Henry Drive in Taunton, Massachusetts.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The extension of the building will be set to match the existing property. The heights will be 32’ clear, 8” concrete slab, ESFR sprinklers, LED lights, insulated metal panel walls, 3 additional overhead dock doors and updated fire alarm system throughout. In addition to expansion on the building, Polar Design Build will add an addition detention basin with restoration areas to the landscape.
