Arthur Crowley, Project Manager

As Project Manager at Polar Design Build, Arthur is responsible for estimating, budgets, schedule management and owner/subcontractor communication. He coordinates with project superintendents to assess scope of work, and to ensure OSHA compliance on-site. In addition, he hosts frequent progress meetings to ensure each construction project is on schedule. Arthur also manages the submittal process, RFI’s, and change orders.
