Jay Dacey, Principal | Managing Partner

As a Principal and Managing Partner at Polar Design Build, Jay is responsible for the review of all bid estimates and he oversees pre-construction activities including, but not limited to pricing and permitting. He maintains consistent and transparent communication with owners and tenants, and attends frequent meetings throughout the construction process. Furthermore, he collaborates with project managers to assess schedule and completeness of work to ensure that each project is delivered on-time and within budget.
