Mark Dibb, Director, Civil Engineering

As Director of Civil Engineering at Polar Design Build, Mark is responsible for delivering cost-effective and efficient designs for our clients. He provides civil engineering inspection services and oversees the construction survey and layout for each project. In addition, Mark reviews current local and state regulations as well as site estimates during the pre-construction phase.
