Polar Design Build completed an 8,000 s.f. interior fit-out for Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in Norton, MA. The new office serves as a satellite location for the Cambridge-based pharmaceutical firm. The new office space is being utilized for monitoring manufacturing operations, and training the organization’s personnel.
The renovation included new wallboard and carpets throughout. The installation of 30 cubical workstations and 8 private offices. The offices are equipped with sliding glass doors and new furnishings. A modern design was implemented for the front entrance area and continues throughout with bright colored walls and metallic fixtures. The fit-out also features conference rooms, a break room, a copier room, restrooms, a temperature controlled server room, and an IT office.
