Polar Design Build is constructing 351,225 SF Class A high bay warehouses in Windsor, Connecticut. Polar Design Build is collaborating with architect Maugel DeStefano Architects on the design.
Polar Design Build is committed to sustainable practices. Baker Hollow Logistics Center will offer the most high-tech energy consumption mitigation strategies in the state of Connecticut. This includes the lowering of greenhouse gases, accommodation of electric cars at every building with free charging stations and reduced natural gas and electric energy consumption.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Constructed from tilt up insulated concrete panels and conventional structed steel. The interiors feature 32′ clear heights, 46’x52′ column spacing with 52’x60′ speed bay. The warehouse features loading dock doors with 35,000 lb levelers and solar ready roofs.
The buildings are also equipped with high bay LED motion sensor lighting, 3,000 AMPS and electric vehicle charging stations.
