Polar Design Build is constructing a industrial park comprised of 7 buildings totaling 794,000 square-feet that span across 190 acres in Norton, Massachusetts. Polar Design Build collaborated with architect Maugel Architects, structural engineer Flood Consulting, and MEP engineer Quieto Consulting on the design.
Polar Design Build is committed to sustainable practices. Baker Hollow Logistics Center will offer the most high-tech energy consumption mitigation strategies in the state of Connecticut. This includes the lowering of greenhouse gases, accommodation of electric cars at every building with free charging stations and reduced natural gas and electric energy consumption.
The first phase of BlueStar Business Park includes three warehouse/flex buildings totaling 445,000 sq. ft. already delivered. The second phase includes three industrial buildings totaling 300,000 sq. ft. of space.
Amenities include a shuttle bus to Mansfield Commuter Rail Station, walking trails, Amazon drop boxes, electric car charging stations, outdoor grilling area with picnic tables, food trucks, ample parking and outdoor storage.
