COOLER SPECIFICATIONS

The cooler was constructed with metal insulated panels with 20 feet of internal clear height. The refrigeration comes from 2 Bohn condensers located on the building’s roof with 6 air defrost evaporator coils inside the space. The temperature in the cooler will remain at a constant 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooler has 2 high-speed roll up doors for through traffic and 2 egress main doors.

LIGHTING

There are LED lights and dry pendant sprinkler heads for fire protection installed on the ceiling. In addition, there is 2-foot high kicker wall for forklift protection inside and outside the cooler room. Horizon Beverage is located off Route 495 near other industrial parks, office buildings, and warehouses.
